ER70S6 is a high quality copper coated, low carbon steel wire suitable for the all positional Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) of low alloy & mild steel
The newest Woerde product is welding wire for gas shielded arc welding in protected atmosphere of inert gas – MIG welding, and gas shielded arc welding in protected atmosphere of active gas – MAG welding. The wire is actually welding consumable during joining constructive steel and various metal constructions, machines, pressure vessels etc. It is suitable for all welding positions. Available dimensions are Ø 1.2 mm, Ø 1.0 mm ,Ø 0.9mm,Ø 0.8 mm and Ø0.6mm
It is produced according following standards:
· EN ISO 14341 : G3Si1
· DIN 8559 : SG2
· AWS A5.1B : ER70S-6
It is available only as a copper coated wire, precision winding on plastic spools of 15 kg and random winding on plastic spools of 5 kg, protected with vacuum foil and additional moisture protected with silica gel, packed in carton box.
